Viewing Notices
On the View Notices page you may browse through the listing of all meeting notices occurring within the next 30 days. The list is shown on pages containing 25 notices each. Click on the desired page number at the bottom of the list to view each page.
You may also search the listing of notices by using the search control at the top of the page. The following search methods can be used in any combination.
- Search by Government Body Name - Type all or part of a government body's name to show only meetings of that body.
- Search by Meeting City - Type all or part of a city name to show only meetings held in that city.
- Search by date range - You may use this part of the search tool to show only meetings which are to be held between the two dates and times chosen.

Signing up for email notification
If you would like to receive direct notification of meetings,
you may sign up for email
notification.
- Enter Account Information - First, you will fill out a form requesting information about yourself.
Once you have finished with this form, click the 'Save' button at the bottom of the page.
- Building Your Notification List - Next, you will be signed in to your account automatically and
taken to pages which allow you to build your notification list. You should see a message which says that your list is currently empty. You may then begin building your notification list. See below for further details.
- Add to your list - Click the 'Add to My List' link in the 'My Account' submenu. Now, to add a group to your list, click the 'Add' button to the left of the name of the group you would like to add to your list. You may need to view more groups by clicking the page numbers at the bottom of the list.
- Edit your list - Click the 'Edit My List' link in the 'My Account' submenu.
Now, to remove a group from your list, click the 'Remove' button the left of the name of the group you would like to remove from your list.
Once you have finished building your notification list, you may sign out at any time. You have completed the sign up process.

Signing in to your email notification account
Click 'sign in' on the menu bar at the top right of most pages on this web site.
This will take you to the 'sign in' page.
Click the 'sign in' button in the 'General Public' section of the page.
Now, enter the username (your email address) and the password you chose when you signed up for email notification.
Finally, Click the 'Sign In' button.
If you receive an error, check your username and password and try again.
Also, please note that username and password are case-sensitive.
If your Caps Lock is on, this may prevent you from signing in.
Make sure to turn it off.

Recovering your email notification password
Go to the general public sign in page. If you need instructions on how to get there,
refer to the Signing in to your email notification account help topic.
Once you are on the sign in page, click the Forgot Your Password?
link under the password box.
You will then be taken to a page where you will need to enter your username (email address)
and the security question and answer you chose when you signed up for email notification.
After you have entered this information, click the 'Submit' button.
Your password will then be sent to the email address you provided when you registered for email notification.

Registering your government body with the Secretary of State's office
Call or email our Open Meetings staff to request an Open Meetings registration form.
Once you have completed this form, you may mail or fax it back to us.
We will then enter your registration information into our Open Meetings system and send a letter
to you containing your new username and password. You will use these credentials to sign in
to this web site and manage your meeting notices.

Now, enter the username and the password provided to you when you regustered with the Secretary of State's Office.
Finally, Click the 'Sign In' button.
If you receive an error, check your username and password and try again.
Also, please note that username and password are case-sensitive.
